Synopsis
The documentary WATT IF tells the story of pioneers who reinvent the way energy is produced or consumed through innovative projects around the world. The Netherlands episode (Buiksloterham) takes place in a district of Amsterdam which was to be completely destroyed and which was invested by its inhabitants to make it a citizen laboratory.
