Synopsis

A forest hermit is trying to prepare for a flood, but he becomes distracted by his noisy neighbour - who happens to be the hermit's left eye. The Flood is Coming explores the growing anxiety about the state of nature, and our place in it.

    Gabriel Böhmer is a London based artist, interested in memory and the absurd. He left a career in management consulting, following the release of his novel Beetle Days. He completed his film Beetle Trouble in 2017 and his work has been selected at international festivals.
