Since its creation in 2012, Telefilm Canada's Talent to Watch Program (formerly Micro-Budget Production Program) has helped launch the career of emerging filmmakers from all across the country. As part of this case study, the director and producer pairs behind two feature films funded through the program (Les Libres and Bienvenue à F.L/Une Colonie) will join us to share their experience.
