Synopsis

In a dark expanse, we hear the voice of Arthur C. Clarke, whose face appears in the distance. His features dematerialize into a multitude of pixels, creating an enveloping and immersive space out of which the thoughts of the author of 2001: A Space Odyssey emerge.

    After studying plastic arts, François Vautier became a contemporary art broker. He then specialized in audiovisual design and worked for Arte. He founded a collective with Raphael Nadjari, with whom he created many skins before he started producing features. I Saw the Future is his first virtual reality movie.
