Synopsis

For 35 years now, Nicole stands behind her bar on Chibougamau 3rd Street as she listens to her patrons. When serving a beer does more than only quenching someone’s thirst, giving unsparingly takes on its full meaning.

    Holding a Master’s degree in art from UQAC, Samuel now lives in Montreal where he works as a filmmaker, director of photography and lighting director. He has won twice the creative award at the Abitibi-Temiscamingue’s Festival du DocuMenteur. His most recent short fiction, Ce qui fane, is currently in distribution. 

  • Paul-Henri Callens

    Holding a Bachelor’s degree in outdoor tourism, Paul-Henri is naturally interested in adventure films, a field in which he began his career. He continued his studies in film and video which led him to work in film and mainly documentaries. His feature Asha, shot in Nepal, is currently being distributed.
