Louis BélangerLouis Bélanger is a Canadian film director and screenwriter. He is a collaborator of filmmaker Denis Chouinard with whom he created several short films, like Dogmatisme. His film Post Mortem won him Best Director at the Montreal World Film Festival and earned him two Genie Awards, for best new director and best screenplay. His second feature film, Gaz Bar Blues (2002), also got many awards.
