Xavier began his professional career in Toronto and quickly became chief producer for childhood and youth content at TFO. There, he wrote and directed several contents, including the successful series Minivers (more than 12 million views online). Back in Montreal, he directed the Force 4 series and co-directed the second season of the youth show Vraiment Top! He then obtained a position at URBANIA, where he produced the series Entre moi et moi, Vérités et conséquences avec Louis T, Fragments, and Courrier recommandé, for which he won his first Gemini Award in 2019.
