Synopsis
In the Jewish ghetto of an unnamed Polish city, Chika the dog helps 5-year-old Mikasch develop as a child despite the persecution of the Jews and the threats of the war.

Sandra SchießlSandra studied Arts and German Philology at the University of Bremen, Arts and Sculpture at the University of Arts in Bremen and made her Bachelor of Arts at the Glasgow School of Art. She studied Visual Communication/Animation in Hamburg and graduated as a Designer. In 2001, she and her friends established the animation studio TRIKK17. Since then she’s directing various film production.
