Synopsis
Between an art film and the conventional documentary, this short brings to life all the stages of the casting of art as they are practiced nowadays in some foundries of North America, a lesser known aspect of the techniques tackled by Riopelle, a multidisciplinary artist.

Philippe ArsenaultPhilippe Arsenault began filmmaking after a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary arts at the University du Quebec in Chicoutimi. He quickly drifts onto photo direction and ends up wearing the two hats alternately at the whim of the projects. These two areas of competence feed on each other and give him a rich and varied set experience. He likes to direct the actors as much as to operate a camera.
