Synopsis

Sami is a young Syrian refugee living in Montreal, working at his uncle's restaurant and struggling to cope with the separation from his family. When his hometown is attacked by the Islamic State and no one has any news of Sami's sister, the wait turns into a moment of agony.

    Meryam is a Montreal based director and producer of Tunisian origin. Her first feature film is currently in post-production and is slated for a Spring 2016 release.

    Stéphane is a graduate in Communication Studies at Concordia University and l'INIS in film directing. He is currently writing his first feature.
