Synopsis
This is the story of Delphis. An 11 year old kid from the roughest part of Montreal who lives life according to his own rules, under the label of The Hurricane.

Ara Ball-ThibertAra Ball was born in Montreal in 1982. From the age of 19, he travels the world and then goes to the College O'Sullivan to study cinema. He works during a year for the Chatauguay Theater Project as a writer and actor. After working in Toronto and Montreal, he writes L'ouragan : FYT in 2012, back from a six-month trip in India.
