Jean Lecointre attended the École Supérieure des Arts graphiques de Paris. He then created his own collages for the press, publishers and television and his illustrations are featured in Libération. Afterwards, he puts in picture the iconic Balançoire de Plasma written by Pierre La Police. In 2003, he moves on to animation with Turkish Delights. He also explores children’s publishing with three particularly noteworthy books. In 2017, he adapts Les Animaux Domestiques in four short animated films of 4 minutes 30 and an episode of 7 minutes.
