Katherine PropperKatherine Propper is an Austin-based filmmaker. Her short film STREET FLAME screened at the 2019 Tribeca Film Festival and was an official selection at Aspen Shorts, Palm Springs Shorts, and at Urbanworld, among others. Her latest short BIRDS received a grant from the Austin Film Society and will have it's international premiere at the Clermont-Ferrand film festival.
