Our beloved educational section is turning 22! And 22 years in the schools of Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean is a milestone worth celebrating! We’re proud of all the experience we’ve gained, and we now offer eight different programs that reach young people starting in preschool and following them all the way to the end of high school. Ours also one of the very few cultural activities in our region that can be integrated with English immersion programs.

We want to thank all the teachers who choose our festival as a cultural outing. Because of you, more than 10,000 young people have been able to see high-quality films from Quebec and around the world. We take care to provide workbooks that will allow your students, once back in class, to better understand and appreciate the films, have informed discussions and learn about how films are made.

Our school-based programs will resume after March 24! Our team will hit the road for a tour of Lac-Saint-Jean from April 8 to 19. To register your class or school for one of the few remaining slots, click the “scolaire” tab on the French version of our website.
