LOCAL NIGHT

What better way to launch REGARD than with a double program revealing multiple talents and a few local jewels. For starters, six films that shed light on the phenomena, characters and other realities of Saguenay–Lac- Saint-Jean viewed through the lenses of filmmakers from here and abroad.

In fact, for the first time, this section will be home to movies created by filmmakers from outside this region who have filmed here. This is proof positive that film creation has developped considerably throughout our region, to our great satisfaction.

We will close the evening with music and the launching of Cosmic explorations, a series of five musical films created from songs by the author, composer and musician François Harvey, better known as Frank et le Cosmos.

This evening promises, once again, many beautiful discoveries.
