In film, it isn’t rare for the actor to carry the movie on his shoulders. Often, feature films put actors in the foreground whereas short films expose the filmmaker first and foremost. In this program, an eclectic mix, we wish to underline the undeniable contribution of the actors to their field. A foray into the backstage of a theatre, an audition that doesn’t go as planned... Some of these shorts reveal various issues within the profession while others stand out due to the exceptional quality of their performances.
