When will the 26th edition’s box office be up and running?
Presales for the REGARD online platform will be from February 2 to March 2, 2022.
From March 2 onwards, tickets for indoor screenings will be on sale from our online box office and in person at the Théâtre Banque Nationale box office (open Thursday to Saturday from 10am to 4pm).
When will the complete #REGARD26 program be unveiled?
The complete program will be revealed on Tuesday, March 2, on our Facebook page. Note the date in your calendar and follow us on social media for updates!
What’s up with the festival passport this year?
The passport is officially back for the 26th edition and you can get it from March 2.
What does the passport give access to?
The passport gives access to all screening sessions and indoor activities during the five days of the Festival. New this year, the passport also gives access to REGARD online from March 28.
What is a double bill?
A double bill is two (2) short film programmes with a 30-minutes intermission between the two.
Supposing I only want to watch the second part of a double bill?
Due to the restrictions currently in force, you can only watch the second part of the double bill if you have purchased your ticket beforehand or 30 minutes after the start of the first screening.
Is there a ticket presale for indoor screenings?
No, the presale only applies to the purchase of access to REGARD online. However, by purchasing a REGARD beer at one of the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean retailers, you will have access to the promo code giving you 26% off the purchase of the passport.
Are there reduced ticket prices for students and seniors?
No, there is no reduced rate for REGARD en ligne. However, students and seniors will benefit from a $10 discount on the purchase of a passport on sale on March 2.
Could you give me some details about the REGARD online platform?
REGARD online is our exclusive video-on-demand platform, accessible from March 28 to April 10, 2022, stocked with all the films on the 2022 program. For more information on REGARD online just click here.
Where do I purchase REGARD online?
REGARD online is only available at our box office lepointdevente.com
However, note that when you buy a passport, you have access to REGARD online.
Can I get REGARD online at a physical box office?
No, REGARD online is only available… online.
Do I need REGARD online to attend indoor screenings?
No purchase necessary!
Why can’t I buy cinema tickets and REGARD online at the same time?
Because REGARD online operates independently from in-theatre ticketing. If you want to buy both, two (2) transactions will be required.
Will there be a printed catalogue this year?
Same reply as the festival passport question: not this year. But you can get film details on our website at festivalregard.com. In addition, a digital and printable list of films will be made available on our site.
