Synopsis

Adapted from an oral tradition narrative collected by historian Luc Lacourcière, "Maricoquette qui a ni chaud ni frette" denounces poverty and precariousness with a humor that is both cheerful and sarcastic, taking the form of a musical film inspired by Berthold Brecht. A typical example of the activist artisanal cinema of the 1970s.
